OBITUARY: New Album Cover Unveiled

Legendary Florida death metallers OBITUARY have posted the cover artwork for their upcoming album, "Xecutioner's Return", at this location. The band once again worked with artist Andreas Marshall, who has previously created the art for "The End Complete" and the group's most recent record, "Frozen in Time".

"Xecutioner's Return" was mixed at Redroom Recorders and is being mastered today (June 15) at Morrisound Studios in Tampa. An August 28 release via Candlelight Records is expected.

As previously reported, fan-filmed video footage of legendary death metallers OBITUARY performing at the VI Extreme Metal Fest on June 9, 2007 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil has been posted at YouTube (all video clips shot by Leonardo M Fonseca):
